Low impact classes that are a great way to introduce your body to an exercise regimen. The beginner level is also beneficial for participants that have arthritic joints and/or low back pain.
Intermediate classes that are more strenuous, fitting participants that have exercise experience. This is class is for those that have an increase base level of strength and endurance.
This class is designed to get your heart rate pumping and make you sweat. Expect high impact exercises with short rest breaks.
