Dr. Candance Code's client-centered objective is to improve independence and overall occupational well-being through skilled intervention, education, and training in the areas of functional mobility, cognitive re-education, pain management, leisure interest and activities of daily living. She is motivated to improve overall community health and wellness through education and increased access to quality care. Candance is compassionate and dedicated to the service of others through healthcare intervention. She desires to change the trajectory of the current state of rehabilitation with her expertise in community program development focusing on increasing the mindset of injury/illness prevention and wellness. Her determination to provide excellent quality care to each and every patient she encounters is demonstrated in her interaction and professionalism with her clients.
